1.    Complete entry form in full
2.    This promotion is open to all Kansas residents at least 18 years of
       age, except for employees of Eagle Radio and Hull Broadcasting and members
       of their immediate families.
3.    Contestants may register once per person, per day at this site.
4.    Prize is non transferable for any cash value.  Winners are responsible
       for any applicable taxes.
5.    By submitting this entry form, the winner allows Eagle Radio and Hull
       Broadcasting to use their name, likeness, image, character or voice for
       promotional purposes
6.    No sponsor or their affiliates assume any liability in connection with
       this promotion
7.    Eagle Radio and Hull Broadcasting reserve the right to disqualify any
       entry for violation of contest rules.  The decision of Eagle Radio and Hull
       Broadcasting is final.
